We will help you
design and build structures
with a current exterior design, within the limits of
applicable standards, at little or no extra expense.
Project development has an emphasis on ease of building
maintenance, future utility costs, road presence,
and guest satisfaction!
Project Site Utilization. We will let you
know how much your project will cost per square
foot, and how much revenue each square foot can
generate. We can also describe cost per room, and
projected revenue that will cover your project
costs!
Problem Solving. We will make sure your site is appropriate and
adequate for your potential projects. For instance,
a rectangular site with long frontage for a center
loaded canopy building, versus a site with smaller
frontage which needs an end loaded canopy.
Efficiency. We can assist you in creating the
most efficient site plan possible. We will create
the appropriate ratio of parking spaces to square
feet of building.
Zoning. How many rooms and how many cars
fit the zoning requirements? We know! We can tell
you.
Pipeline. We are a pipeline to hotel construction
contractors, suppliers, and subcontractors.
Preferred Vendor. We are a
preferred vendor of Hilton, Marriott, Choice,
Microtel, and Intercontinental Hotels.
Licensed. We are licensed in over
30 States.
Experience. Paul Gillespie has been
designing hotels since 1971 and has been in private
practice since 1977. Danny Bounds has been in the
business since 1980. Before joining Paul Gillespie,
creating Bounds and Gillespie in 1994, Danny worked
for Holiday Inns for over 14 years.
Knowlege. We have extensive
knowledge of hotel and building construction, as
well as various franchise hotel standards.
Our services do not include surveys, soil tests,
landscape design, civil engineering,
food service design, pool design, and/or other services
provided by client consultants.
