architectural firm with an emphasis on our clients,
quality design, value engineering, cost control, and
efficient service. We specialize in
Hospitality/Hotel, Civic, and Religious structures
and facilities.
Preferred Vendor. We are a
preferred vendor of Hilton, Marriott, Choice,
Microtel, and Intercontinental Hotels.
Licensed. We are licensed in over
30 States.
Experience. Paul Gillespie has been
designing hotels since 1971 and has been in private
practice since 1977. Danny Bounds has been in the
business since 1980. Before joining Paul Gillespie,
creating Bounds and Gillespie in 1994, Danny worked
for Holiday Inns for over 14 years.
Knowlege. We have extensive
knowledge of hotel and building construction, as
well as franchise hotel standards.
Service. We will help you design and build structures
with a current exterior design, within the limits of
applicable standards, at little or no extra expense.
Field review has an emphasis on ease of building
maintenance, future utility costs, road presence,
and guest satisfaction!
Pipeline. We are a pipeline to hotel construction
contractors, suppliers, and subcontractors.
